Coco-Kai is being Remodeled.

The house is undergoing major renovation work during summer 2011 and will be transformed into a 6 bedroom, 6 and a half bathroom property, along with two living rooms, separate dining space, breakfast bar, brand new kitchen and remodeled bathrooms.

The furniture is also being upgraded throughout.

Pricing is currently being evaluated, and any bookings taken from now until 31st July 2011 will be at current rates. Rates will change from 1st August 2011 and be made more flexible to allow for small, medium and larger groups.
